To start off this review, I want to talk about this really adorable cotton midi dress. I’m 172 cm tall so this is an ankle grazer on me, meaning if you are taller, you might find that it fits more like a long midi. But Quince just did it rightly in terms of execution. It’s lined and has a nice weight to the fabric, which immediately makes it feel like a high-end or expensive item at all. There are seamless pockets on the hips that don’t break the line of the dress, along with adjustable straps, which, frankly, are a total game changer.

The sizes run large; I have on the S but should probably have gone for an XS as there is quite a bit of room under my armpits when worn comfortably. The only difference that stands out somewhat is that Jenni Kayne’s runs slightly shorter but bigger (it’s also cut generously), uses marginally better quality cotton with some additional weight (the fabric also has a slight sheen effect) and lacks smocking detail at the back. In my opinion, however, if you had to choose between these two dresses, then go for Quince without any question whatsoever.

There should be a small size (it’s bigger; I would suggest one size smaller). It measures 48 cm from armpit to armpit and is approximately 131 cm long.

The following dress is another JK copycat that Quince does a great job with; this recognition goes to the 100% European Linen Scoop Neck Midi Dress. Yes, the only difference between JK’s version made of raw silk and this linen outlay by Quince. This cloth feels nice on the touch due to its smoothness, and it also has a cotton lining for maximum comfort on the skin.

It has pockets that are so well placed that they give the illusion of slightly contoured hips. The back can be adjusted using smocking as well as drawstrings, and it also comes with a side zipper fastening. Again, this is too large in sizes like that. Therefore, I suggest you choose one less than your usual size.

2: Quince 100% Organic Cotton Striped Crew Sweater

I swapped the turtleneck for a crew neck and the 100% cotton sweaters from Quince are some of the best. I don’t think you will find better quality anywhere else. Once again, this striped knit is another dupe for Jenni Kayne but this time it’s the Chloe Sweater by the same designer. The fitting is identical to that of a boxy relaxed fit through the body, loose long sleeves, and double-layered collar.

However, besides having such high quality and natural look, which makes it feel so luxurious, one last thing about this piece that feels very elevated is how its sleeve stripes match up with those on its torso, showing purposeful design. It also looks like it could be heavyweight as well as being good-quality cotton fabric. Additionally, this is great choice for late summer or in between seasons transitioning into cooler climates too. I would suggest ordering your normal size. Even though there are several different colorations to choose from, like speckled beige & ivory (including an espresso with a white stripe—chic! ),. So all in all, this organic cotton piece is wotrth every penny considering that it costs approximately $60 in total from these stores that have been selling it at discount prices online.

3: Quince 100% European Linen Long Sleeve Shirt

This is the perfect linen shirt if you are looking for one. I have tried quite a few, and I must say this checks all the boxes if you want a classic option. I like my shirting to be a bit relaxed, so I have gone up two sizes to get that loose feel (I suggest doing the same if you like this fit!). Because it breathes and feels cool on hot days, linen is wonderful. Not only that, but the more you wear it, the softer it will become.

This has enough heft to give some shape and structure while still having an easy drape that style looks good on me. Available in an array of colours, most of which are totally opaque (white or ivory). For lighter colours, I would suggest wearing them with skin-coloured undergarments. 4: Quince 100% European Linen Wide Leg Pants

We should start by considering the price. It is unreal—less than forty dollars! Price-to-quality ratio makes me love Quince a lot (and suggest it to many of my styling clients); hardly any other brands out there are giving so much value (an amazing thing achieved through their D2C model). Various styles of linen trousers are available at Quince, but these ones are my favorites and they suit the best. Most people will find that these are high-waisted.

However, the waist band is thick and substantial without cutting into the skin, and you can even cinch it with a matching tie complete with silver metal trim. Moreover, they offer an extensive range of colors. For lighter colors, these are not lined; hence, if you’re worried about opacity, I would advise sticking to darker colors, as you can see pocket outline (cotton lined) for light colored ones. I like that they go all the way down and aren’t made too large.

5: Quince Vintage Wash Tencel Camp Shirt

I have had this blouse in my wardrobe for a while now, and what really stands out about it is how smoothly the fabric hangs. It just hangs so well on me. Made of tencel 100%, the fabric is resistant to wrinkles; i adore such easily maintained clothes! The shirt is slightly gathered at the shoulder and then flares out into an interesting sleeve.

It reminds me of Madewell Courier Shirt but without pockets on the chest (and made of another material). This is a good choice for a light short-sleeve top, especially. If you live in warm areas, you’ll feel quite cool in it, as it is almost weightless when wearing it. 6: Quince Mongolian Cashmere Oversized Crewneck Sweater

This Cashmere Oversized Crewneck Sweater is my absolute favourite item from Quince, if I had to choose just one. This has become my go-to outfit since the weather turned chilly because it is so comfy and can be worn with or without tucking in. It makes me think of a similar style that I purchased from Naadam a few years ago and that shed a tonne.

Except for being slightly less dense than other sweaters. This one feels plush; the cashmere that Quince sources is A-grade, and you can see listed on the Worn description that this particular knit is 15.8–16.2 microns thick and 7 gauge with fibres 34–36 mm long. Simple details, but very well done! The double collar in particular is really subtle but suggests something about its quality nature. But one thing you need to know is that yes, this will pill (mine began around wear 5-8).

This does not indicate bad quality. Even high-end branded cashmere sweaters will pill (my Jenni Kayne ones have as well as my cashmere knit from The Row). Taking care of your sweater is important—buy a good fabric shaver or a cashmere comb for occasional maintenance.

7: Quince 100% Washable Silk Maxi Skirt

The second item I like the most from Quince is 100% Silk Maxi Skirt that can be washed. Why did I single out “maxi,” you ask? Simple: I am so much in love with this full-length skirt because of its grace and refinement. These skirts have a broad, thick elastic band—hidden inside of them—that fits comfortably around the waist.

I wear size S and though it isn’t tight at the waist, I would not go for a smaller size—actually, the XS is too small! This to me is good news anyway because it means that there’s quite a bit of stretch; so, if it’s a heavier knit, I might still be able to get away with half tucking it in without worrying about getting bloated later on. It’s cut very well—miles ahead of Realization Par, whose silk skirt went viral years ago but caused me to bitch about its being all bubbly and whatnot on the hips.

To be honest, there’s nothing wrong with this one at all. Moreover, let me confirm that Quince washable silk pieces are machine-washable and they retain their good looks after washing. It feels like budget luxury, no less. They also have another option, which is shorter and called midi length.

8-Quince 100% Organic Cotton Oversized Cable Cardigan

The lightweight version is ideal for mild summers and good for the transition seasons. This texture feels great; I just love it. What a nice deep V, though. Those deep, dark brown tort buttons. So elegant! At the same time, let me say that in this review, I have mentioned Jenni Kayne several times but this one is definitely an affordable choice of their iconic knits.

These two items are very similar when compared, and I even prefer the Quince color range. Adding some texture to your look with an easy wardrobe staple is a perfect idea! Besides, it’s 100 percent cotton making it simple, breathable and washable at home without much fuss. Except for when I put on white. The bra’s color can hardly be seen because of the kind of see-throughness it has. The yarn’s heaviness and density help make it look like something that can be used in all seasons; others may call it a year-rounder. It fits true to size.

Quince Italian Wool Double-Breasted Slouch Coat Granted. I haven’t had a chance to try this one myself yet, but I would recommend it to my styling clients in a heartbeat.
